An RFP describes your organisation, scope, requirements, evaluation criteria and timeline. Sending the same RFP to every vendor makes responses comparable and the decision easier to explain.
Keep RFPs focused: long lists of nice-to-have requirements lead to long, generic answers. Our free DAP RFP template is a good starting point.
