Grow with the teams adopting new software
We work with implementation consultants, technology partners, communities and experts who help organisations get value from adoption software. Partner with us on content, introductions and co-marketing.
Four ways to work together
If you help organisations choose, launch or get value from adoption software, there is probably a fit.
Implementation and consulting partners
Consultancies and freelancers who roll out digital adoption platforms, LMSs and onboarding tools, or run the change management around them.
- DAP and LMS implementation
- Change management and training
- Content building and governance
Technology and integration partners
Products that connect with adoption software: analytics, HR systems, SSO, content authoring, translation and more.
- Integrations with listed tools
- Joint how-to guides
- Shared customer education
Content and community partners
Newsletters, communities, podcasts, events and analysts serving L&D, enablement, product and customer success teams.
- Co-created guides and research
- Content swaps and cross-promotion
- Event and community collaborations
Expert contributors
Practitioners who want to share what they have learned through interviews, case studies or guest perspectives.
- Expert interviews
- Case studies
- Reviewed, approved before publishing

What partners get
Reach buyers at the right moment
Teams on our site are researching tools, often with a project already planned. That is when they look for implementation help.
Introductions, with consent
When buyers ask us for implementation or integration help, we can introduce them to relevant partners, only if they ask us to.
Co-created content
Write or co-author practical guides, templates and research with our editors, credited to you.
Newsletter features
Share useful work with readers of the Adoption Brief, our monthly email for adoption and enablement teams.
Expert profile
Appear in our expert insights with an interview or case study that showcases your experience.
Market insight
Hear early what buyers are asking about, from the questions and searches we see across the site.
Partners our readers can trust
Our readers rely on us for honest guidance, so we're selective about who we work with. We look for:
- Real delivery experience with the tools or programmes you describe
- At least one client or customer who would act as a reference
- Clear, honest communication about what you do and don’t do
- Disclosure of any vendor partnerships or reseller agreements
Partnerships never change our tool profiles, comparisons, rankings or reviews. When we mention a partner in an article, we say so. Buyer introductions happen only when the buyer asks for them.

Is there a fee to become a partner?
No. Partnerships are about working together on content, introductions and co-marketing. If you want paid visibility, such as a featured listing or sponsored content, that is a separate, clearly labelled option.
Do you share leads with partners?
Only when a buyer asks us for help and agrees to be introduced. We never pass on details from our review or newsletter forms, or from downloads unless the visitor ticks a box asking to be contacted.
Will being a partner affect your reviews or comparisons?
No. Partnerships never change our tool profiles, comparisons, rankings or reviews. Where a partner is mentioned in content, we disclose the relationship.
Can software vendors become partners?
Vendors whose products are listed can work with us through featured listings and sponsored content. Technology partners whose products integrate with listed tools, but are not in our categories, are welcome to apply.
We are a small consultancy. Can we apply?
Yes. Experience matters more than size. Independent consultants with real delivery experience are some of our most valuable contributors.
