Who can write a review
- You use, or have used within the last two years, the tool you are reviewing as part of your job.
- You do not work for the vendor, one of its resellers or a direct competitor.
- You have not been paid, given a gift card, discount or any other reward for writing the review, by the vendor or anyone else.
How we verify reviewers
Before a review is published we check at least one of the following:
- Work email: we email the address you gave. You reply from it, and the domain matches the company you named.
- LinkedIn: your public profile shows the job title and company you named.
Each published review shows which check was used. If we can't verify you, we don't publish the review.
What we publish
- Your star rating, title, pros, cons and, if you gave it, what you use the tool for.
- Your first name and last initial, job title, company size and how long you've used the tool.
- We never show your email address or company name.
Moderation
We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We correct obvious typos and remove personal, confidential or offensive details, but we never change the meaning of a review or the rating. We reject reviews that:
- are about a different product, or about the vendor's sales process only;
- contain confidential information, personal data about others, or abusive language;
- appear to be duplicated, copied from another site or written by someone with a conflict of interest.
Vendors
Vendors can't remove, edit or reorder reviews, and paying for a featured listing has no effect on reviews or ratings. Vendors may invite their customers to review, as long as they don't offer rewards or ask only satisfied customers. If a vendor thinks a review breaks these guidelines, they can email us with evidence.
Updating or removing your review
Email contact@aikaptan.com from the address you used and we will update or remove your review.
Your data
We use the details you submit only to verify and publish your review, as described in our privacy policy.
